Central Indiana Leathe...
Once upon a time there was a "Midwest Federation of Leather Guilds" that held annual shows with International Federation rules, but not sanction. It stopped for awhile, and CIL revived the tradition. There is no more "Midwest Federation" but there are some strong midwestern guilds that alternate hosting shows of terrific leatherwork and good times with friends.
