Holy cow! Thats awesome. I am awestruck!! Its a pity the kit would work out near on $80 for me...

Time to get the stuff and make a couple! I've got friends who'd LOVE them!

Thanks for the pattern Tom - I'm halfway through making the mask & just awaiting delivery of some hardware so I can finish it off.

Tom, sidetracking this conversation, but what do you use to cut out your leather? Its very clean, and I can't imagine you have dies for everything you want cut.

Looks like a laser cutter from the singed edges. Very similar to some laser cut wood i've seen.
