  1. I have a saddle made by Earl Nanninga, Oakland CA, Not sure what year it was made but it is quite old. It has a silver name plate on the cantle that just says JIM and it has a rawhide tree, Al-Ray buckles, does anyone know the value it might be worth? I also have my dad's Olsen Nolte saddle that he had custom made, rough out that is now slick but it has been house stored and there is not a stitch missing or broken anywhere, no rips, tears, no dry leather, excellent shape, he had it made between 1950 and 53, used it during the 50's, into the early 60's then quit riding and was driving truck or managing ranches. The stirrups are laced and I was told to not put blevins buckles as that would de-value the saddle. It has 16 in seat and I can sit a 14 or 15 but this is just too big for me to use. The Nanninga saddle is a 16 inch too but I would love to know the approximate value, thanks
