  1. Anybody interested? Make me an offer? I need to sell this please.
  2. I'm selling my Stohlman Encyclopedia of Saddle Making. It is in excellent condition. I only used it a couple of times to learn how to wrap stirrups for barn doors. It looks like it has never been used. I never even read through the entire book. If you live in the U.S. I'm willing to ship for free. I'm asking $120 OBO. Thanks for looking.
  3. Wow. That is all great info friends. Thank you so much. It has given me lots to consider.
  4. Does anyone know of anybody who does a school online for how to make a saddle? I'm curious if this is even a possibility and I cannot find anything online. If I were to create an online course, how many of you would be interested in it? I was thinking this would be an excellent idea because most people cannot afford to take a couple weeks off to go and learn in-person from some of the reputable saddle makers. If there is an interest, how much would you pay for an online course to teach you how to make saddles (keeping in mind that in-person schools can cost anywhere from $1,500-$10,000)? What complications might you foresee with an online course? What benefits do you see to having it all be online? Any other comments would be much appreciated.
  5. I just bought some too! Super excited! Probably the best deal for Tiger thread from a small business in the U.S.!!
  6. Sweet!! I'm excited about this! I like Tiger thread better than some other stuff I've been using. I was looking for somebody in the US who sells this stuff. Now I know. Will definitely be placing an order here before too long!
  7. Wow!!! That's awesome!!!!! Thanks for sharing.
  8. Phenomenal!! Thanks so much for sharing these! Keep up the great work!
  9. Very cool! Thanks for the info. One of these days I will branch out and start doing some exotic leathers.
  10. Whoah dude!! Awesome! I also can't wait to see the final product.
  11. I like the mexican basketweave. That looks nice. I've thought about doing that on some of my projects but haven't yet.
  12. Nicely done! That will definitely keep your arm from getting beat up!
