Does anyone have a pattern to make a binocular case? i need to make a new one and dont know how too.

Seems simplle. I'd trace the lenses at the widest part, connect the two circles with two lines. Add a quarter inch to the height and width of that trace. Then measure that length. Cut leather as tall as you need the pouch plus some and that wide. Sew one seam. For the bottom I'd cut that oblong oval you drew out of leather twice and attach them with a whip stitch. I'd use 9oz to hold that shape.
