Thanks for the warm welcome. I am generally interested in making personal items for family and friends (wallets, purses and such) but will soon try my hand at holsters as we are a family of shooters (a tough thing here in Maryland....home of the Brady Anti-gun faction) who will be getting involved in IDPA. I have searched around the Forum and have followed many conversations. Quite a lot of experience here and I am always happy to learn something new. Sorry for lurking without a proper introduction. I am just getting back into the craft after a VERY long hiatus. Something about career, raising kids, maintaining a home, etc., just didn't leave me enough time. Thankfully, the job I have now gives me a little more time. I am a husband to a beautiful wife and a father to three fantastic kids. One's heading off to college next year, the other the following year and the third is just entering middle school (formerly known as junior high). I love doing woodwork, playing golf, cooking, baking and now, added to the mix, is leatherwork. Once again, hello and thanks for a great forum. Howie
