  2. Great work and design as I see it! any chance you would consider a tutorial at some point? I know tuts are not that popular on this site which is in some ways a shame.. Yes. I also know tuts take plenty of time in the planning!
  3. Interesting as a newbe here.. I looked the internet over,, found a design I liked. made it, hand sewed with few instruments.... then after it was finished found the dimensions quoted in the tut or description were incorrect... learn something new every minute!! Check everything!!!!!!LOL........aka deserttguy
  4. MY experience with some tax preparers are such that I have had to had them redone . I now have someone who used to work the tax department... Southern California.. Be aware.. Keith
  5. Check out the history of Indian trade beads when you have time you and your wife may be interested to know that the colors are very important as they can be used to help date a piece.... I have several original native pieces. One set, a pair of moccasins, I particularly like is from the Pelly Tribe in the North West Territories!. I also remember , being the brat I was/am cutting the beads off original work that I wished now where complete!
  6. Interesting work .. are you also a photographer?
  7. Like your site, info and sharing.. and wish you well! By the way, I spent some time exploring the works of the Donegal Tweed factory.. I believe it's called, but stand to be corrected!.. ,and found the work there absolutely fantastic and so memorable.. are you close to that area? Keith( aka desertt guy)
  8. whew.. now how long does it take to carve like that? I find it very easy to look at.... I like the consistency of the carving... I'll just keep at it but posting items like yours give me a good goal! Keith
  9. Really like the outcome.... they remind me of the Mukluks my father would buy from the Indians for my winter wear... great job... Keith
