    Looking for machine info
  1. I am also wondering about this, I have seen it done for awards when the group only has a small budget. I am assuming it is cheaper and that is why Youth rodeos and 4H are going with this style? Can you actually sublimate leather? Or Pleather as your name suggests?
  2. Oh Sorry, I didn't mean I will be using the Juki's to sew leather, just that I am buying them and the other machine with be a part of the deal.
  3. Also, a little concerned about the used chip bag...
  4. I am about to buy 2 industrial Juki sewing machines from someone. If I buy the 2 Juki's he will throw in what he calls a "leather machine" I am familiar with Juki's as my mom has several but the "leather machine" is an enigma. I "googled" but with no luck. I live on a ranch and would love to be able to repair my own tack. The man knows nothing about them and is selling for some friend's who don't speak English. I need the Juki's for my Embroidery work and the other machine is a throw in. Can I get parts for it? Any insights would be helpful.-

  6. This is exactly what I want to do cmantz! I realize this is an old post, but are you still embroidering on leather? Any tips or warnings would be greatly appreciated. I already own a commercial Tajima embroidery machine, so I am not looking to get into stamping. I would like to start making personalized gear for our ranch and I already put out the money for one big machine! Did you just leave the edges raw or are they turned under? Your work is lovely!
