The blade is pretty picked and rusty and has a few chips out of the edge. I was curious if this item was worth anything in terms of money, but more so in terms of cleaning it up and putting a new edge on it for use. I'd also be interested in any history you may have. Spinner Report post Posted August 18, 2011 Like Radar mentioned, Sorby makes some great turning tools (over half my collection is Robert Sorby) and some of the older ones are really nice so I would suspect that the head knife is equally as nice once cleaned up.
