im looking for a supplier for finished hides, mainly aniline and semi-aniline upholstry hides (2-4oz) in various colors. apparently im finding it hard to get purple, orange, blue, basically any color that isnt some shade of brown. im in california and know about hide house in napa. has anyone bought from them before? any recommendations? i tried searching, but seems most people here arent looking for finished hides. thanks!

long time lurker here, but ive been working on a bf mira for a long time, managing to do leather stitching on it. lots of painful moments. was in the market for an all-rounder, mainly wanted to be able to use thread bigger than z69 and stitch multiple layers (4 layers of 3oz leather). went with the cobra class 3 because of this forum and am happy to say the machine is everything i expected. very smooth and clean stitches. no one mentioned how heavy this thing was though haha. steve was very helpful. ordered some more needles from him and cant wait to get started.
