Are you talking about the pedal that have a little button on the top ? If you are and want something bigger to put your foot on you could make a box with a hole in it for the pedal to set in with just the button sticking out. You could build that on a angle or flat. If your taking about something else a picture would help.

Just guessing again cause you haven't said what the problem is to little and wollbie i guess. I would build a box around the pedal the same shape, and the size you want for your foot or feet to set on. Plus i would glue some of the stuff you put in your cabinets to keep dishes from sliding around on the bottom. I'm not sure what it's called but ya can get it wal mart and i'm sure lots of other places. I put it under my cutting board to keep it from sliding around.

Had you thought of screwing the base of the pedal onto a larger (possibly weighted) base board? That ought to sort you out.

The tops come off those things quite easily - you may need to drill three or four holes through the base and use some washers to stop it cracking when you screw it down tight, but I would imagine the job is relatively quick and easy.

That foot controller is for a home sewing machine motor, not an industrial motor. That's what threw us for a loop. When we think of a foot pedal we are thinking about a large mechanical pedal that pivots on a steel floor bar - on a steel k-legs frame, that has linkage going up to an arm hanging down from a servo or clutch motor, mounted under a 48" x 20" x 1.75" sewing table.
