  • How did you find leatherworker.net?
    search internet
  1. The link does not work. Can you send a different link or send it to me on email?
  2. Would you be able to send me the pattern you used for this? I would like to try this pattern for my phone. Robyn
  3. I am getting tired of the tedious task of cutting patterns out by hand and am looking for clicker dies for spur leathers and such. If anyone has some they would like to sell, used or new, contact me with picture, and how much. Contact me at: rpleatherworks@hotmail.ca Thank you kindly! Robyn
  4. I am looking for a shoulder (or 2 sq,ft.) of 7-9 oz. latigo leather to make slobber straps. Tandy sells it by the side, but I don't need that much. Contact me if you have something. Thanks!
  5. I just made a Face book Page for my leather work. I have posting pictures of my work on my personal page, and just decided that maybe I should have one devoted just for leather items. I have invited some key friends/individuals to "like" my page...maybe it will take off from there. Not sure how well it will be, but anything goes for me! Happy Trails!
  6. Mark, Can you show me what the back of the spur strap and concho looks like on this pair of leathers? I am having a hard time trying to position my hole for the spur button in the lining of the leather. Thanks!
  7. How did you attach the conchos? Can you post pictures of the back of the strap showing it?
  8. What oz of leather do you use for your straps? I have used 8/9 oz. leather for single ply. I am in the process of trying 6/7 oz. for a lined pair. Hopefully this works. I also got my hands on a pattern from Caledon Leather in Calgary. Going to try this out! I haven't done a lined pair before with a concho.
  9. Thank you for the tips on this hurdle of mine. I am going to try something like this.
  10. I am looking for used (in good working shape) border tools, camoflauge tools, seeders, Craftaid teomplates. If you are selling some tools, please let me know. I would like to see pics! Alos looking for any Grand Lodge or Masonic stamps/Craftaids.
  11. I am making buckaroo style spur straps, and am wondering how do you make them with the conchos so that they cover the spur button? I see so many beautiful straps done with conchos, but never see what they look like from the other side. Can anyone help me? Thanks folks! Happy trails.... Robyn
  12. Hi Mark, I am a newbie getting into leather craft myself, and really enjoying it! I'm in SK, Canada. The working cowboy gear is what I am trying my hand at. I do have a question on attaching the conchos to the spur straps where the spur buttons go on....what is the best way to do that? Robyn
