Consew Skipping Stitches

Help my consew 227 is skipping stitches!

Anyone had this problem or know how to fix I have re threaded bobbin, changed threads

Changed needle everything can't figure out why it's doing this

I just finished a project and it sewed fine

As soon as I started again this happened ?

is needle in right way? if youve rethread it is it in right?

I seem to be having the same problem with a similar machine, see my post http://leatherworker.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=61016&page=2 with the photo of the blue strap done on a 2700 variant. Is this what you are experiencing? If so, when I figure it out I'll let you know why mine was doing it!

Re check your thread path, something may have pulled your thread out of the upper tension discs.

Ensure that your bottom thread is under the tension spring, after you draw your bottom thread up through the feed dog as normal, hold your bobbin with one finger and pull on the bottom thread with the other hand. This should seat the bottom thread under the tension spring.

Thanks for the help

I am still not sure how exactly but

it is fixed!!!

I re threaded again and rethreaded a new bobbin

it seemed to be a bit loose

and there was something catching the thread in the upper tension

and sort of fraying it new thread new bobbin

and viola !
