We started a new Leather Guild in SE Minnesota back in November. For the most part we're still working on teaching/acquiring the skills needed for various projects, but we have a pretty neat presenter coming down from the Twin Cities for our next meeting on Sunday, February 15th, at 5:30 p.m. (the meeting is in the Spring Valley area). Carol Gehrman makes some incredible leather jewelry, and she was a pioneer in using acrylic paint on leather. If you're in the area and interested in attending the attached flyer gives the details.
