On Line Leatherworking Classes

Recommended Posts

I have been poking around the net looking for on-line leather working classes, without much luck. Is anyone aware of such an animal? Seems to me that someone with a little leather, computer and business savvy could make a few bucks sponsoring something like this. I know I would be interested in some instruction from who knows leather. Heck, some of it might rub off on me.

Michael Dale runs them. Some of the best leatherworkers in the world teach on them. Chan Geer is teaching the next one.

I could not find the most recent announcement for the up coming class. However here is an old thread that tells about a past class. PM Mike (immiketoo)and he will give you all the information. http://leatherworker.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=59377&hl=%2Bchan+%2Bgeer+%2Bclass

Hey everyone, here is the link to the upcoming class! https://attendee.gototraining.com/r/4868209043863817473 It will be Chan Geer teaching how to draw Sheridan patterns. All of my classes are recorded so you can watch if: A) you can't make the live class, B) You are afraid of the internet or C) you want to watch it again. The list of my past classes are as follows, and are always available at the same low cost as the live sessions.

There's a ton of great videos on the web, but my classes are taught by some of the best in the business, and you have the opportunity to ask them questions in a real time format!

Robert Beard

Pictorial Carving Bevelers

Pictorial Carving Special effects

Chan Geer

Sheridan Style Carving

Secrets of Basket Stamping #1

Fundamentals of Sheridan layout and design (Upcoming)

Paul Zalesak

Swivel Knife Finesse

Swivel knife Tune-up

Chris Slickbald Andre

Cobra 4 Basics

Kim Holowaitiuk

Primer on beading

Michael Dale

Professional Edges

Carving Lettering

I am constantly searching for topics for classes and if there is something or someone YOU want to see, let me know. I have a few surprises coming up so stay tuned.

Thanks,

Mike
