Tippmann Boss Question

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Does anyone know if the model designation of HS on a Tippmann Boss mean it is one of the newer cast aluminum units or one of the older cast iron units? Thanks

I don't believe it has anything to do with it. Two ways to check though. See if a magnet sticks to the frame or weigh it. The aluminum frame one weighs a smidge under 25lbs the cast iron is about 12lbs heavier.

Mine is a 2007 (?), . . . is aluminum, . . . and has the HS designator.

If you want to be certain, . . . get their number off the WWW, . . . call and ask for Ben, . . . he'll tell you.

The whole bunch is super to work with.

May God bless,

Dwight
