kcntexas Report post Posted May 12, 2014 I have for sale a really nice rebuilt Singer 31-15 with a roller foot attachment ,new bobbin winder,copy of original manual and a fresh coat of paint .. this would be a great sticher for boot maker ,chap maker or anyone doing lighter weight leather.
