Edge Cote For Leatherette Handbags

OK so I bought a bottle of Dura Edge Kote from Fiebing and boy do I wish I knew this is the wrong item..had it shipped all the way to Jamaica. I felt really bad to know it can't be use for what am doing...So is there any one who can save me,please? what i have to do when i make the bags is to fold over the edges of anywhere the edge cote should go , where as if i had the edge finish i would just put it on and save myself a ton of work.

what do I use to cover the edge of leatherette when i make a bag? I want that nice polished finish. PLEASE ANYONE? I want to find the product in many colors too.

If i were you i would try using some Acrylic Paint. Apply it with a cotton swab..
