  2. Thanks for all the help. Yes the needle is in right. It was suppose to be a rebuilt machine. It's like the leather tracks to the side just slightly Not sure what's going on with it. It's really driving me crazy
  3. hi everyone ,another newbie here ,i have a adler 467 that i got a few weeks ago and it is kicking my but badly ,it keeps breaking the thread ive tried the tension on top thread all the way from loose to tight ,got the stitch looking right (mostly) can get about 4 or 5 inches sewn and the thread frays then breaks ,or if i try reverse it breaks instantly ,iam useing a 180 needle,tex 135 on bottom and tex 210 on top sewing around 2 layers of 8 oz leather ..i have watched it very close and it seems that the needle is hitting the side of the feet but not sure its hard to tell but thats what it looks like .any help would be great
