This is my take on a Tandy minimal holster, hope you like it. The wife is glad I'm finally cutting up the snake skin. It's kinda strange how many people don't want to touch or even get near this holster. Sorry about the picture quality.

great job on the holster. I have yet to try any inlaying myself.

Thanks guys, this was my second attempt, the first one was a hair too small for my glock. Next time I'm going to try to get better form to it, may even make a press & see what happens.

Looks great, I have done a few of their minimalist kits for practice with tooling/stamping, and want to try an inlay now. Did you just cut another piece that would cover the edge of the skin and stitch that on the top? (Just the center portion, or whole face?) Thanks!
