Hi. I'm just introducing myself. I just started leather work a few months ago out of necessity ( Made a wolf mask and a tooled leather corset). Got a great response and I am now doing a commission piece because of it (a coronet for someone in the SCA).thumbsup.gif I'm also in the process of making a pair of leather medieval shoes with carving/tooling. I will post my work soon.

I graduated with a BFA from Pratt Institute, so it does help with making art. I've worked with many mediums including leather (but not to this degree). I really enjoy working with the leather and fortunately I love the smell of it and don't mind working with sharp things as well (keeps me on my toes).

Looking forward to learning a lot and sharing what I can.

Have a great day! wave.gif

Welcome! I'm not too far away, in Levittown. Please post pics, it's what keeps us coming back.

Welcome to the forum. I checked out your pictures and it's no wonder you got a great response to your first works. That wolf mask is pretty amazing!!! I'll be looking forward to seeing a lot more of your work.
