What Should I Use With Dry Pigment To Dye Leather?

I recently got a really good deal on

A bunch of gamblin artist pigment

I need some direction on what to mix

With this to dye leather

Was thinking pure alcohol or should I use some type of oil? Or mixture?

Don't want to ruin perfectly good leather
