First project - Head Knife Sheath

Recommended Posts

Well I have been lurking, ready and learning for about a couple of weeks and decided I better introduce myself. Here is my very first finished piece, I got a head knife yesterday and it needed a sheath!! There are all sorts of things I see wrong with it but you got to start somewhere!! I do know a stitching pony is next on my list to either buy or make!!

I will be posting more as I get them done!

BradB,

I think it looks pretty good and very functional. I like the way the color matches the handle.

You are right it does, I didn't even notice that, that was a total accident! It was some scrap pieces I picked up when I was at Tandy, it was already stained..

Pretty darn good for your first piece! I made one for myself a couple of years ago and I like yours better than mine! LOL!
