Maybe the foam SHRUNK that could happen if the paint you used to make the seat black leached thru the leather and disolved the foam. (I have seen that happen) Anyway, Welcome! Good luck! Hidemechanic Report post Posted February 14, 2008 widopof, was the leather wet when mounted? Leather can act different with paint then with water.
