1/8'' Chicago screws

I hope someone can please help me...I am looking for some 1/8'' Chicago screws by the 100..I would appreceate help.

when i need them smaller than 1/4 i grind them down.

Hi... I don't mean to sound negative, but I just don't think you find them in this country, unless you're willing to buy a serious qty. Sorry! :( Grinding isn't all that hot, but I think it's your best option, unless someone knows something that I don't. (and my wife says there's no shortage of folks that qualify on that score! ) :)

I have tryed grinding them down...I get alot of bur's I dont have tap and die to clean them up I may try like a dremal to clean up the threads to grind away the burs...seems like alot of work for a small fastener...LOL

I think these will be your best option. Pricey, but no grinding.

I keep thinking that there's got to be some way to fashion a small pipe cutter to shorten screws and posts. A tool maker should be able to make one of these easily.
