Craftool Overstitchers With Lots Of Play In The Wheels. Help!

Recommended Posts

Two new Craftool overstitchers (the interchangable ones) with lots of play laterally in the wheels. What can I do to fix this? As a newbie a tool that doesn't function properly is utterly frustrating. I don't have the cash right now to buy a better brand, infact these were gifted to me by a family member. Both are brand new.

God Bless, Ray

Try putting a small washer or two in to fill out the space.

I had the same issue when I bought the embossing wheels for that tool. A little gentle persuasion with a pair of pliers did the trick. Light squeeze, check fit, repeat as necessary.
