  1. Any chance I can get a copy of the pattern? Materials scheduled to arrive today, and I was hoping to start cutting the pieces tonight.
  2. Very nice. I have been considering making up a sheath for myself with a firesteel loop on oneside and a loop on the other for my surefire. Cool looking knife also.
  3. Well, here goes. I've made a few successful things, but I'd still consider myself in the new (perhaps gear acquisition) stage of things. I want to make a leather deskpad for my desk at work. Eventually I'd like to make some of the other leather desk accessories that go along with it. Thinking of tooling a dragon from the pattern book I got from Tandy on it. So to get to the point, has anyone here ever made one before that can offer anything I need to watch out for? I am particularly undecided about how to finish off the edges. Appreciate your help, and the forum.
  4. Congrats. I feel your pain. I took a ten dollar bill and taped it above my leather tools so I can remember what money looks like. Seriously though, nice looking belt. My first belt wasn't very good at all. But I enjoyed the process and wear it with jeans.
  5. Nice work. I share your sentiments about posting the first born. I didn't. Going to post the third born once I take pics. Anyways, you should be proud.
