leather messenger/shoulder bag

hi - i am interested in having a custom leather messenger/shoulder bag made. i have a messenger bag that i would like to use as a starting point for the design; the custom bag would be mostly identical in pattern and dimensions, except slightly larger (1-2") and with certain added/changed design details.

i would also like to find out more about different options for leathers, linings, hardware etc.

also if anyone is willing to give a very rough quote for the cost of materials+labor for a project such as this (probably involves making a new pattern, depending on what work you've done with messenger bags before), that would be extremely helpful. i understand if theres insufficient detail in this post to do that, but even a ballpark estimate would be helpful.

Hi, I'm interested in building your bag. There are all kinds of materials out there. It depends if you will mostly use it in or out of doors. Please send me the size that you need and a picture of the bag you are wanting to use as a demo, I can give you a rough estimate.
