Let us see you!

Recommended Posts

A lot of folks don't have any pictures of themselves on the forum. Some have small ones on teh avatar but you can't really see them.

We get to know each other so well on this forum but would pass right by each other at a leather show or on the street.

Lets see a picture of yourself! I personally hate pictures of myself but what the heck.

Oh this is to hard! I've got lots of pics I'd like to post so hard to decide! But I go with one family guy pic and one with hardrocker whiskyfanatic in Scotland.

I can be a real showoff in front of the camera so I attach a pic of drunken Tom Leatherworker aswell;-)

Thought I's add some of my family too.

A couple of my wife and I. One of my eldest son performing with his band. One of my youngest son dressed for his part as Mottel the taylor in "Fiddler on the Roof" performed at college.

This is really interesting to me. It's amazing how we all can come together from all ends of the earth, from all different lives and backgrounds, to enjoy leather working, share our thoughts, knowledge and opinions.

Bless you all!

What is that twofour878? Is that used to catch the spent shells? Looks wicked. Nothing like a good campfire.

That is a paintball marker that I built. It started out as a Tippmann A5 then I added a couple kits, re-routed the wiring and built an external battery case so I could have an on-off switch for the electronic trigger. I jerry rigged the barrel with some tape to cover the port holes to change the sound it made, and just messed around with it for fun. The box on the bottom is actually where the battery and switch are mounted.

Great looking bike Froghunter. Your friend looks scared though! I noticed there isn't a home made tank bib on that bike yet.

Okay, I tried to post earlier but my connection crashed...so here we go now:

Family shot from Christmas in PA, and one of Ethan and I after we moved here to Virginia (Hokie colors!).

Oh, and if we're showing off rides too, this isn't a motorcycle, but I still love it...got it from my folks when I turned 35. I might consider sending a prize to the first person to CORRECTLY identify the year the car is.

Good lookin' happy family! :You_Rock_Emoticon:

My best buddy had a Mustang almost just like that in high school. I loved it. His was a 1966 so that is my guess. I like that color too. His was pretty rusty though. The only part of the trunk not rusted out was under the spare tire - barely. One side of the back seat floor only had carpet - no steel under it. LOL

Thanks! I've been enjoying all the pics and comments. It's great putting faces to names.

You're right, it's a 1966. I first had a '67, for college graduation, but it turned out to be too rusted for repair at that time (I don't have a supportive husband for this - he HATES the car), so we sold that one. I think Dad kinda felt bad, so when he saw this one at a neighbor's, and the plate said "HOLLY"...well, he pestered the guy into finally selling it. Any Mustang pre-69 is pretty much my dream car.

Here are pics BEFORE I got it painted:

Mustang01.JPGMustang02.JPG

Tim's been after me to sell this one too, actually! But I've got support from Ethan, who adores it - he pets it and says "hot rod, hot rod"...gotta love that!

I expected Lederhosen Don - not Deadwood.

My brother and I both had a pair of lederhosen when we were young. You can't ear those out!
