Ellis Saddle - Information Please. Photos Included

I just acquired this beautiful old Ellis Saddle.

I do not know the name of the tooling - can anyone help me with this? There are pictures attached.

I also don't know anything about the silver. Is it original? Who made Ellis Saddlery's silver?

The saddle will be turned over to Dave Thornbury for restoration - I know that when it's done it will be a stunner.

ANY information would be VERY helpful - I'm a stone's throw away from Silver King and Dave Thornbury - so the good news is that the restoration will be 100% Correct!
