I inherited hundreds of them and the first time I sorted through them a couple years ago, I noted several of them were an amber color instead of clear. a couple months ago I went through them looking for an idea and noticed this one was shattered, and it is this odd amber color. I'm going to guess that it hung near a front window of a Tandy store and the UV rays destabilized the plastic. Just my guess from working with plastics for 15 years. Rose - it has acorns & curled oak leaves in two widths (a belt craftaid). I will check the current tandy offering as Elliot suggested, but would like an "original" one if someone tripped across it.
