Saddle Bags Headed To The Big Apple

Recommended Posts

Howdy all

I am posting this set of Black saddle bags for a customer in New York,

They are made with 9/10 oz Herman Oak and are custom fit to his custom made saddle. They are 11x12 bags with a 5' gusset the gussets are 5 oz suede splits.

I am also making a tan set for him as well.

Let me know what you think any and all comments welcome and thanks for looking folks!

Jbird,

Very nice job and Hermann Oak knows how to tan hides. If I may be so bold I would have changed one thing on the bags for my choice. I would have used a more substantial buckle like a stainless 5705 buckle. Boy my horse and saddle would be proud to parade around with those.
