Protective Finish For Pre-Finished Bridle Leather

Does anyone have any recommendations on protective finish and care for pre-stained English Bridle leathers, specifcaly the W&C variety? W&C claims none is required, but I'd like a second opinion.

Really not, but if you must, I would use Tan-Kote.as it will allow oiling about the time th leather needs it.
