This is a scabbard I made last summer for an American 18th c. styled hanger. My best to date. 6/7 oz leather with a center seam in the back, sewn with 6 strand linen thread. I also made the iron mounts for it. The mounts are aged to match the sword. I am close to finishing one like it with sterling silver mounts. Hope you enjoy a look.

Yes the leather work is good, but the iron work is great. The iron mounts really make that look sweet!
