  1. It has to be veg tan leather and parrafin wax for it to work properly
  2. You might find a suitable top hat pattern here. They come with a tutorial video as well https://www.leather-patterns.com/shop/hat-patterns/7
  3. Sounds something similar to what dieselpunk.ro is doing He designs and sells the patterns, along with a video tutorial for the pattern and has a Facebook support group.

  6. "Now is that a bit of the Irish in ya ....or just the R next to the T on yoo keyboard." Well it was a typo, but it could also fit lol
  7. Will do !! I lived in Rocky quite a while back. The Dunmore Horel was my haunting ground and I was working out at Lakes Creek. Probably about 1981
  8. The Art Gallery there might be able to point you in the right direction
  9. 78mm Diameter 69mm Length Pallet Truck Nylon Wheel I don't have any scales to weight it but it feels comfortable to use The weight of the Nylon head is 264 grams
  10. Make Your Own Maul: This is what I did: Go to Ebay and buy one of these: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Replacement-78mm-Diameter-69mm-Length-Pallet-Truck-Nylon-Wheel-/254166070446?hash=item3b2d7a74ae Take it along to your local hardware and look for a round piece of timber that fits it tightly. Tip: I bought a shovel handle that is tapered at one end. It fitted nice and tight, then I just cut it to length. You and make the handle fancy if you like but I left it as it was. Instant Maul
  11. Barry King Tools In Oz Here: https://www.chaylor.com.au
  12. The great thing about Tony's patterns is he usually supplies a video tutorial and if you have problems he has setup a support Facebook group. Also they can be easily modified to suit. All this makes it great for learners like myself to produce a quality item.
  13. I an a learner myself and I found those patterns to be great even for a learner. I made that backpack and it turned out pretty food if I say so myself. Video tutorial for it here
