  6. I have for sale a selection of laser cut pattens from Black River Laser in the US. Very good quality work they do, I've packed in so no longer needed. They are; 3' guitar strap template set "fat boy" (opened but not used) Shield style buckle and billet set Classic english point set Common slot size gauge Radius end set Rifle/Shotgun sling set (un-opend) All in great condition, I only use my templates to draw round, never cut round so the edges and surfaces are as new. £50 posted within the UK, sent via First class recored mail. Payment by bank to bank or Paypal please. Thanks for looking, Ian
  7. For sale is my KME knife sharpener. Used to keep my leather working knives maintained as well as my working knives. The rough stone is no longer in the kit as it's a total waste of time, you will see in the stone holder a strop I made which is very handy. Overall in good used condition. The little rubber protectors are prone to slip when setting up the knife blade but I think this is a common thing, I worked with it but a little glue would fix it up. Once the knife is clamped its solid. £55 posted within the UK, sent via Recorded first class mail. Payment by bank to bank or Paypal please. Thanks for looking, Ian

  10. Hi there, No stand just the top section. Many thanks, Ian
  11. I've decided to sell on my Singer 29k58 sewing machine, thought there might be a few on here who would be interested so before it goes on the bay I'm putting it up on Leather Worker.net, its also up on another forum I'm part off. Condition wise its solid in terms of action and makes a nice stitch, it was bought from a sewing machine seller in Walsall who deals and restores in vintage and modern sewing machines, fully serviced prior to me picking it up. Since then its been oiled and the only modification has been to move the hand wheel to the rear which is a more natural position. The paint work shows its age, no rust that I can see apart from a nice patina on the external surfaces. It will come with some new needles, three spools, the threading rod and a variety of bonded nylon 20 and 40 thread plus a few others I've tried, most unused or only a few meters or so used off the real. As you can see the paintwork and external surface's could be improved, perhaps those with time who might want to bring it back to its former self may be interested in this for a project, aside from that its a great machine still so for those that want a solid working unit you won't be disappointed. Its a heavy item so pickup only or I can meet within say 50mile of s70. If you know a courier service that you trust them by all means I'm open to the idea. Reason for sale is I just prefer to hand stitch, if I was making things on mass then id keep it and especially webbing jobs as with a change of needle it would be an excellent tool for it. Price wise I'm looking for £300 ono, will leave on here for a week or so, please ask away with any questions. Thanks for looking, Ian
  12. Acrylic's might be a better choice if the project allows. got to remember to take into account the colour of the leather so say if you paint a white wall red, two coats should see it right but if you paint a biscuit brown wall red your going to get a dirty red unless you use the right paint. with leather the more you apply if its pro oil or spirit it will get darker unlike with acrylics which will build up until the desired colour is achieved. "colouring Leather" by Al Stohlman is a good read for this type of thing.
  13. Has a nice Art Deco feel to it
