I'm a fellow firefighter in SC. I hope to complete my leather suspenders this holiday vacation. A new helmet shield is also n the todo list! Good job.

Looking good. I have one shield done and working on a second one. Ran my hand through the table saw though so I am anxiously waiting to get healed up so I can tool again (happened 2 months ago but it is gradually improving). I look forward to makimg some suspenders too.

Thank you guys, this is the first shield I have done any tooling on. It was one of those things that I thought I would try. I am planning to make some suspenders for myself.
