Items stolen from Boot & Saddle show in Wichita Falls, TX

Recommended Posts

At this years Boot and Saddle Show in Wichita Falls, TX some items were stolen from Robert Beard, Pro-Series Tool Co. Among the items stolen was the Prototype Swivel Knife Original with slight engraving around the top of the barrel and the number 1 on the side of the barrel. Also taken all sizes of a weave type braid tool and other unknown prototypes that were going to be released in the future. There is a reward offered in relation to the recovery of some or all of the missing items. Needless to say Bob is extremely upset over the loss and would appreciate any information that will lead to the recovery of these items. Anyone with information may contact Bob directly or contact me and I'll see to it that Bob gets the information immediately.

In addition to what was stolen from Robert Beard, the American Saddle M akers Association also got hit. Here is a message from Verlane on what was taken there.

Bob's tools were not the only thing stolen at the Wichita Falls show: ASMA

(American Saddle Maker's Assoc) was also ripped off. They got 18 of our Green

Books, our banner, and our hair-on hide table display. It's very unfortunate

that this kind of thing has to occur at shows where you consider everyone there

your friend. If someone tries to sell or give you a Green Book, it was not

authorized by ASMA. If that happens perhaps you'll be kind enough to report the

name to me off-list.

Make a leather braided noose and keep it ready.

Get  a leather scrotum, kangaroo, deer ,   whatever...... ' human size' ,..... fill it out and set it up  to make it look as  ' human'  as possible,  hang it up , with  an accompanying  sign  saying,

This is what happened to the last person that stole from me"     :Lighten:

That might work   :)

Just looked up the green book and can understand why someone would steel it as the sample looks like great information for those in that trade

Remember that 99% of the population are good people it's only the 1% who are thieving B******s

Hope you all get your person responsible

There's no statute of limitations on being an asshole.  Rest assured if I ever find out who was responsible, they will regret it.
