How do I do a Screen Grab

Recommended Posts

I need a graphic file grabbed from my screen and wondered if there was an easy way to do this using Windows?

I'll try that again... I want to make a screen grab - how do I do this so I end up with some kind of digital graphic file - Ideally, I'd like to end up with a jpg.

Any help gratefully received.Thanks,Ray

ray, when you have the image you what showing on your pc...press print screen..this is usually next to F12 on your keyboard...nothing is indicated that you have grabbed the screen but you have....next go to start...programs...accessories..paint...and paste...the image will appear...you can then...save as...and use the drop down to save as a jpeg..cheers
