  1. There are a lot of things about my outfit that aren't accurate in the least. I was more using the bodice as an advertisement and its fun to show off a functional peice of art work once in a while. The dyes I used are water-based leather dyes. I get them at Tandy Leather Factory.
  2. I didn't have anything to wear for this years Renaissance Festival, so I decided to make myself something. The bodice itself is very crude but the front panel is suppose to distract from that!
  3. Been working on making bracers that are fairly simple and fast to make. The first one was a fun project with real rabbit fut and silk on the inside. The second one is a Made to order Two-tone bracer that people can choose their own colors. Let me know how they turned out :D
  4. Hi, my name is Kitty. I wanted to start a business out of something that I love to do. I've always been artistic but I was never polished enough to sell my drawings. I've always had a knack for creating things when I needed something different and no one else had a solution. That's what I'm basing Blindspirit Leather off of and so far its working out pretty well for me. I started by selling through a shop out at Rennaissance Festivals and it slowly grew into a passion. I'm trying to learn as much as I can as fast as I can. After a few years, I decided to get serious about doing this full time and have since branched out into specialty made items like my baskets for jugglers and a few other things soon to come that I have rattling around in my head. I'm going on, around, my 3rd year of working with leather. Hopefully I will just keep growing! I'm excited to be apart of a community of leatherworkers.
  5. Hi, my name is Kitty and I'm the owner/creator of Blindpsirit Leather. I'm working at making this business thrive. One of the things that has completely blown up are my baskets for Jugglers to carry their pins. Its gone so well that I'm talking with a dealer to sell them across the country. Check them out and let me know what you think of them
