Can it handle #69 or #92 thread?

What are the limitations for this machine. I know no heavy leather but I was wondering if it would work for some heavy canvas and light leather. Thanks, Joe

Anyone ever used tanned deer hide for saddle building? Is it durable enough? I havent been able to find much info on differnt types of leather used in saddle making besides the standard skirting leather. Thanks!

How is the rigging attached to the tree in bare bones rigging? Is it just nailed/screwed over the fork? what about in the back? Also is there any reason you could see that a composite tree wouldnt work for this type of saddle? Thanks!
