Saddle Maker Help!

Hello,

Can someone tell me about this saddle. It seems like a nice quality saddle. On the leather tab where the extra cinch goes, there is a number stamped into it 700. Other than that, I cannot find a maker mark. I've looked everywhere on it, all the usual places and unusual. I would like to sell it, so all info is appreciated.
