  1. Hello, Looking for someone to stitch some leather pieces (small) simple lines, nothing crazy but just bulk quantities. I need machine stitching as I need for this person to quote cost per piece based on 50-100 pieces. Email or PM me for more information nate[at]simplynate[dot]com. Leather will be about 5-6oz. Nate
  2. Hi Kevin - thanks for the sharp eye! The item is actually this: http://www.csosborne.com/no700.htm - I mistyped! Looking forward to contributing some of my work in the next few months! If anyone is in Boston and would like to meet please hit me up! Always looking for local enthusiasts to share ideas and tips.
  3. Hi everyone, Writing from Boston here~! I am starting to purchase tools to dive into leather crafting! I have been wanting to learn leather work for a while now and decided to finally take the plunge. It's an exciting time but also a very confusing process - lol. I've been reading, and watching a lot of the internet and have come up with a list of tools that I feel will help me get started for making simple wallets. I would appreciate any feedback and judgements on whether there is anything on my shop / wish list that may not be suitable for the type of work I want to do. That is, small wallets using 4-5oz veg-tanned leather. I am going to be saddle stitching and keeping the wallets pretty clean and simple - no embellishments etc. The tools is the most confusing aspect, since I can't decide how many sizes of what I would require to start initially. I feel like what I have below will be a good start - comments appreciated. Thank you!
