  1. These are y son's new chaps. Thanks for looking.
  2. Couple pairs of chaps I finished up.
  3. Been awhile since I posted anything here a couple pairs of chaps I finished up.
  4. Do you have any of these hides left?
  5. I make my lid cover out of 7/8 oz veggie tan. To cut the circle to fit I cut a piece of leather a little larger than the lid and tack it on with rubber cement then I use a razor knife to trim it to fit. I use the lid as the guide for the knife.
  6. Thanks guys! I plan to make a frame from some old barn wood, first I have to go get some from my Mom's. So next month hopefully I'll get to. Thanks, Roy
  7. I cut mine first then smooth or sand off any ruff edges left, then I apply dies or oil depending on what I'm using, with a small brush in the cut outs. Then I dyes the rest.
  8. I had my carving matted today ready for the art show let me know what you all think of it. Thanks
  9. Hey neighbor I'm just up the road from you in Salisbury.
  10. Don't oil it first. Deglaze or use some other type of cleaner then apply your dye.
  11. Thanks Bob that helps. Do you think one would be worth $250? Thanks, Roy
  12. I noticed somebody has an Adler30-15 near me for sale can any one give me any information on one? Thanks, Roy
