capnmeow Report post Posted December 4, 2011 so i was looking and researching how to make leather mask made all my templates getting all the tools soon and have been practicing with what i have but it came to me i had no idea how i wanted to color the mask. well i had an idea for a cool effect and i was wondering if anyone had used this. take a sponge and put blotches on the mask then let it dry then com back and do it again till u have nice dark patches then do a quick general coat and have this multi shade effect going on the leather or give it a bit of a splotched look. oh and one more thing how would one go about making leather dyes translucent Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
