Gee I don't know what happened but neither suggestion looks like the photo, maybe the lace is too narrow and I just can't get the effect I was looking for.

thanks so much, I will try it. I looked through the Bruce grant book but I just wasn't sure, I tried the applique braids but it didn't look like this. Again thank you

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me what this braid is and how to do it? Was it 2 holes punched or three. Yes I am a newbie to braiding. thanks Chris
