Thanks for the welcome Twofingers. My latest project was a leather renaissance pirate's vest. It actually turned out pretty good.

I am making a leather vest using waxed utility leather and I have a thin silk-like liner made for the inside. But I'm not sure how to go about attaching it. The leather is too heavy and the lining too light, to stitch them together because it will crinkle the lining.I am considering tacking it in instead. ...advice?
