delirium

Hi all, I am new here so first of all hi! I am making some cuffs and collars using a heavy duty firm leather, am not sure the ouncage! Can anyone recommend and easy way to pad them out? I have a leather sewing machine. Any ideas would be grately appreciated! Thanks
