They are used but still has many years of use in them.I have them list on my website for 29.99 +5.00 shipping. I will sell them here for 24.99 + 5.00 shipping and handling. I will ship priority mail. international buyers need to contact me. I do ship overseas but I have to ship it priority mail international with a tracking number so shipping overseas will be 25.00 + the price of the edgers. There is no makers mark on the tools .
