Hello from TX

Recommended Posts

Hello there from TX. I have been doing Leather for quite a few years now, doing everything from belts, to book covers, up to Western saddles and saddlery. I do have one thing that I do more, and that is Leather Paintings. I started doing leather and ran a business in New Zealand, but came to the USA to learn about horse training and gave it up for sometime there. But now I am back at it. I also have just started doing beaded belts which is fun.

I am still here in the states and trying to get a small business started, which I have to say is maybe the wrong time to start. No one is spending.

I am looking forward to chatting with follow leatherworkers out there and interested in what others are doing with leather. Leather is I think something like horses, gets under your skin and you just can not shake it off. I love what you can create out of a plain piece of skin. Amazing feeling don't you think?

That's my intro, and look forward to meeting you all. :grouphug5vj5:
